As usual I had a self inflicted thrash, I was upgrading my WordPress Install to 2.6 and I followed the detailed instructions; WRONG!

I had nothing but trouble and made it hard on myself, so being bored with the failure and to just entertain myself and maybe learn something in the proccess, I tried the simple three step upgrade. 

Ever hear of KISS?  Keep It Simple Stupid!?

The upgrade process is daunting following the extended method and I will never go there again! I’m a Three Stepping kindaguy from now on.

Checkout these photos. I am using Lightbox2 technology and that makes viewing photos too cool. 

I am trying to brush up on my web skills for my photo/web journalist job next week.  I could go on and on but I would rather be posting new photos from living our life than just some old Cancun photos, although that was too sweet!   I just have to now resize the original so it fits without too much scroling, so tune into this same MHD channel at this same MHD time and see what has transpired!  Don’t forget to click on the word “Close” at the bottom of the image to brighten the screen back up.  I know, I know image resize, but hey, I’m tired and it’ll have to wait.

I am just a dad with a bad case of GEEK!

This Blog is slowly coming to life again.  Content is coming back, yea!

As you may or may not be aware, I was trying Joomla! as a publisher.  But due to time constraints placed on me and the fact I was already familiar with WordPress I opted for change.   Sorry Joe!

No problem there, the only thing that gooned me was the fact that the files (my files) did not come back the way I wanted.  But like I said all is back now except 5  posts.  

Time to go party!

Hi, I was in the process of cleaning up the place, off the server, this morning between chores and decided to upgrade to the latest and greatest WordPress build so if you are looking for something it probable isn’t here… yet.  But it will be, but first, gotta go try and find a new Battery for my truck.
