A good time was had by all!  Dakota knows a ton of people as we walked around checking it out. 

As a Dad, I was seeing familiar faces in the crowd which was too cool.  They were all parents of Dakota’ s friends, but they were there to enjoy Shrek III with us.  In years past we have attended the monthly outdoor movie series and have known the occasional face from Dad’s standpoint, then there is Mr. Popularity who when you walk through the crown you can hear a low drown, theres Dakota, or there is Coda.  Be it neighborhood kids, kids fron his last preschool or when he attended Children’s Choice Daycare, he knows and is known by a bunch of faces.

8:30 Shrek III starts and he is ready to go, mom and I are only to eafer to fulfill his wish.  We are packed up, back to the Soccer mom minivan and home before it’s dark, sweet! 

So all in all I would say it was a successful trip todowntown Castle Rock, we got to bounce on the Bounce House slide, hang with the guys, and Dad got to sip a couple Rockyard Brewery Red Hawk Red micro’s.  A good time was had by all.
