Sarah Palin and John McCain, is this a winning ticket? Mrs. Palin yes, Mr. McCain I am not so sure.
I am very impressed to date with Sarah Palin. A mom with a pregnant daughter and a challenged infant son and who will be married to an At Home Dad; I know these points will not hold up with the G8 but this lady has been the supreme diplomat going to “war”, and that should be worth something.
Not a day goes by that I do not see more and more “Senior Moment” expressions from John McCain when he is publicly speaking. I am more than aware that they said public speaking is not one of his strengths, but isn’t that 75% of the job? Projecting an image of strength and determination? How would our war heroes when going off to the battle, react to a veteran who has been there, done that and more but does not project an image of confidence at the microphone? I know if I were one of them I would sure question the man’s ability!
These “Senior Moment” expressions come when he is speaking and says something that could be termed a “sharp witted” or thought provoking. He makes a statement that he knows is good and then stops and poses with a not too flattering smirk on his face as if he is waiting to say “huh, huh, aren’t I smart” or “how about them apples” to follow up with. What are the other world leaders going to say and laugh about, behind his back after our possible geriatric leader has left the room at world conferences?
And what is up with the guy’s arms? In all the photographs I have seen of him embracing another public figure, it is as if his arms do not want to work as intended; I mean in the photo below, GW does not have a girth but it appears as if Mr. McCain is straining to reach his side. Is he indeed truly healthy? Has he ever used Botox;and the more I have to endure video of McCain the more I question this man’s physical and mental faculties. Now do not get me wrong, I respect and admire this man and his past to no end; it is just that he is trying to do something he should have been trying 20 or 30 years ago when he was in his prime and not now when the sun should be setting on his illustrious career.
I think this ticket should be reversed, Palin for President and ask her if he has the faculty to be our no. 2. After she got over all the formalities and politeness you know what her answer would be. The more and more I see and listen to Sarah Palin, the more impressed I am.
Who would she get as a runningmate? Mrs. Palin for President!

I agree. Sarah seems to be something worth paying attention to.
And let’s be honest. She’s hot.

I agree that Palin is a candidate I can get motivated about.
Just for the record, about ‘what’s up with his arms’. No, they do not go the way they are suppossed to. It is from his time as a POW and having them broken and never properly set and healed. If you notice during speeches he can not lift them all the way. These are permanent injuries. Just thought you’d like the anwser.
