When we bought our house in 2001, it was just 3 years old and it shows. I scanned the photo in from the realtor’s flyer and decided to take a yearly photo every August 1 of which is roughly our move in date, of which you can see the progression at the end of this post. It has been fun seeing the new growth take place year to year, even though you cannot see the six Aspen trees I planted to the left of the driveway, but it is there. You cannot see my new Sod after replacing that god-awful rock. I should have waited for the Sun to shine on the lawn but I had to get the capture early as I have the TV repair guy, my fridge repair guy and hopefully the AMFAM Insurance adjuster showing up to look at the roof damage caused from last week’s hail. I will give him until noon before I will call, expedite, and escalate this whole process.
The TV person is here now and is clueless and calling his support people and he just took it off speakerphone so it appears they are going in deep.
